Resumo: This photo essay illustrates one of the solidarity practices of the women of the MLST Lucilene Fernandes settlement in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais from a feminist perspective. We sought to trace the intersections between the literature on solidarity economy and the feminist perspective as a way to compose an analytical framework from which it was possible to analyze the handicraft group of the women of the Lucilene Fernandes settlement. We conclude that the handicraft group means for these women much more than a merely productive activity, it constitutes a true solidarity practice once it contributes not only to the economic emancipation of the members, but above all to the strengthening of the collectivity and to their personal development.

Buscamos rastrear las intersecciones entre la literatura sobre economía solidaria y la perspectiva feminista como forma de componer un marco analítico a partir del cual fue posible analizar el grupo artesanal de las mujeres del asentamiento Lucilene Fernandes. Concluimos que el grupo artesanal significa para estas mujeres mucho más que una actividad meramente productiva, se constituye como una verdadera práctica solidaria ya que contribuye no sólo a la emancipación económica de las integrantes, sino sobre todo al fortalecimiento de la colectividad y a su desarrollo personal.Este ensaio fotográfico ilustra uma das práticas solidárias das mulheres do assentamento do MLST Lucilene Fernandes, em Uberlândia, Minas Gerais a partir de uma perspectiva feminista. Buscamos traçar as intersecções existentes entre a literatura sobre economia solidária e a perspectiva feminista como forma de compor um quadro analítico a partir do qual foi possível analisar o grupo de artesanato das mulheres do assentamento Lucilene Fernandes.
