A FEMINIST VIEW ON THE PROFILE OF UFBA'S RESEARCHERS WITH CNPq's RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY SCHOLARSHIPS

Resumo: | In the light of a feminist perspective, the article traces and analyzes the profile of female researchers with research productivity grants from UFBa. Thus, it takes as a research source the information extracted from the CNPq website, in 2018, after the results of the CNPq Call n. 12/2017, and the respective Lattes curricula of these scientists. The collation of the survey data showed that the female researchers contemplated with the PQ fellowship make up a total of 79 fellows (38.5%) and, of this contingent, the vast majority of these women receive mainly the fellowships with the lowest levels, there being an underrepresentation of women PQ-1A fellows, and no Senior Researcher (SR), which is surprising when 73 of the 79 fellows completed their PhD more than 10 years ago. Finally, more than a third of the fellows are retired, working heterogeneously in different areas of knowledge and in the most diverse graduate programs. |

Así, se toma como fuente de investigación la información extraída de la página web del CNPq, en 2018, tras los resultados de la Convocatoria CNPq n. 12/2017, y los respectivos currículos de Lattes de estos científicos. El cotejo de los datos de investigación mostró que las investigadoras contempladas con la beca PQ son un total de 79 becarias (38,5%) y, de este contingente, la gran mayoría de estas mujeres reciben, sobre todo, las becas de menor nivel, existiendo una infrarrepresentación de mujeres becarias PQ-1A, y ninguna investigadora senior (SR), lo cual es sorprendente cuando 73 de las 79 becarias terminaron su doctorado hace más de 10 años. Por último, más de un tercio de los becarios están jubilados y trabajan en distintas áreas de conocimiento y en diferentes programas de posgrado.À luz de uma perspectiva feminista, o artigo traça e analisa o perfil de pesquisadoras bolsistas de produtividade em pesquisa da UFBA. Assim, toma como fonte de pesquisa as informações extraídas do sítio do CNPq, em 2018, após os resultados da Chamada CNPq Nº 12/2017, e os respectivos currículos Lattes dessas cientistas. Para tanto, além da relação quantitativa entre homens e mulheres, o trabalho procura analisar o cruzamento de dados como: os diversos níveis de bolsa, o ano de conclusão do doutorado, a idade, os vínculos com a instituição e a participação no corpo docente de diversos programas de pós-graduação na UFBA. O cotejamento dos dados da pesquisa mostrou que, no universo investigado, as pesquisadoras contempladas com a bolsa PQ perfazem um total de 79 bolsistas( 38,5%), e, desse contingente, a grande maiorias dessas mulheres recebe, sobretudo, as bolsas com os mais baixos níveis - de remuneração, o que faz com que ocorra uma sub-representação ínfima de apenas duas bolsistas PQ-1A e nenhuma Pesquisadora Sênior (SR). Esses dados tornam-se ainda mais surpreendentes quando confrontados com um achado de extrema importância: 73 das 79 bolsistas não são pesquisadoras em início de carreira, visto que concluíram o doutorado há mais de 10 anos, tendo a maioria (56%) concluído entre 11-20 anos.
