Resumo: | Ethnography is a research method characterized by a process of (re)education of subjectivities. Beyond the understanding of the existence of the “other”, ethnographic learning implies recognition and incorporation of other (re)existences in our daily lives beyond axes of domination and social subordination (COLLINS, 2016). This process makes it possible to understand our social place in research and our place of speech in ethnographic writing. Considering Neusa Cavedon as one of the leading ethnographers in the area of Organizational Studies in Brazil, I discuss her teaching practices of ethnography articulated with my process of recognition as a black woman in this area emphasizing theoretical contributions of black feminism to ethnography. With the permission of Exú, orixá that in African religions opens the way for the full development of our (re)existences, I present this text as a politics of affective (re) education of subjectivities in the academic and ethnographic anti-racist struggle. With the permission of Exú, orixá that in African religions opens the way for the full development of our (re)existences, I present this text as a politics of affective (re) education of subjectivities in the academic and ethnographic anti-racist struggle.
