Resumo: "Carrieri, Achievements, and Affections" brings together a series of references that shed light on who Alexandre de Pádua Carrieri is. A talented professor and artist, Carrieri has accomplished remarkable feats. As the classroom became too small for his engagement in teaching, research, and outreach, his small studio expanded immensely in artistic and handcraft production possibilities. "Carrieri, Achievements, and Affections" represents an attempt to capture his curious and restless thoughts, as well as his engaged and affectionate actions. As a professor, Carrieri has built an authentic, complex, and prestigious research agenda. Operating at the frontier of knowledge in Administrative Sciences, he has contributed to reshaping Organizational Studies by examining ways to organize and manage marginalized groups, bridging the gap from organization to organized social life. All of this without losing his witty style, his talent, and his appreciation for various artistic and cultural expressions.
