Resumo: This essay-testimonial aims to honor Professor Maurício Serva for his contribution to the field of organizational studies in the last decade. We tried to record a set of lessons learned, moments lived and sociability provided, demonstrating the power developed in relationships built with and from it. The testimony brings reports with brief testimonials-memories of interactions with Professor Maurício Serva. In the sequence, the text highlights some pragmatist maxims that mark the pragmatist project in its recent trajectory and we highlight two fundamental postures: resistance and power in/of doing scientific work in administration and the epistemic-methodological concern with action in organizations. We conclude by highlighting that these pragmatist maxims are also expressed in their daily practices and that Professor Maurício Serva's contribution to the field involves both the training of researchers and the consolidation of scientific spaces that promote dialogue and are based on ethical principles and generosity.

Intentamos registrar un conjunto de lecciones aprendidas, momentos vividos y sociabilidad brindada, demostrando el poder desarrollado en las relaciones construidas con y desde ella. El testimonio trae relatos con breves testimonios-recuerdos de interacciones con el profesor Maurício Serva. El texto destaca algunas máximas pragmatistas que marcan el proyecto pragmatista en su trayectoria reciente y destacamos dos posturas fundamentales: la resistencia y el poder en/de hacer un trabajo científico en la administración y la preocupación epistémico-metodológica por la acción en las organizaciones. Concluimos destacando que estas máximas pragmáticas también se expresan en sus prácticas cotidianas y que la contribución del profesor Maurício Serva en el campo implica tanto la formación de investigadores como la consolidación de espacios científicos que promuevan el diálogo y se basen en principios éticos y de generosidad.Este ensaio-depoimento tem por objetivo homenagear o professor Maurício Serva pela sua contribuição ao campo dos estudos organizacionais na última década. Intentamos registrar um conjunto de aprendizados, momentos vividos e sociabilidades proporcionadas, demonstrando a potência desenvolvida em relações construídas com e a partir dele. O depoimento, escrito a seis mãos, traz relatos com breves depoimentos-memórias de interações com o professor Maurício Serva. Na sequência, o texto destaca algumas máximas pragmatistas que marcam o projeto pragmatista em sua trajetória recente e destacamos duas posturas fundamentais: a resistência e potência no/do fazer científico em administração e a preocupação epistêmico-metodológica com a ação nas organizações.
