Resumo: | The Public Policy for Social Assistance, established by the Federal Constitution of 1988 has been enhanced to meet changes in the user profile, management, and areas of effectiveness of this policy. This research aimed to discuss the Work Management in Its, with support in the characterization of the work and the worker; exploitation of the rules that govern it; and research the challenges and perspectives of this actor in the context of ensuring material and institutional conditions as well as the means and instruments necessary for the proper professional practice. Therefore, there was documentary and bibliographical research based on analytical categories (Performance spaces, Join Forms, Reference Teams) and empirical categories that highlight the challenges (Outsourcing and Precarious) and prospects (Legislative Advancement and New Management Processes ) that extend the rights of the rights mediators. The line management to the challenges and perspectives of policy claims Labor Management focused on participation and democratization that extend and qualify work and rights, labor relations stable and protected with institutional conditions for carrying out the activities necessary to achieve the objectives of Its political project and not corroborate outsourcing or any kind of precarious employment, working conditions and work processes. |

Este pesquisa objetivou discutir a Gestão do Trabalho no SUAS, com amparo na caracterização do trabalho e do trabalhador; exploração das normativas que o regem; e investigação dos desafios e perspectivas desse ator no contexto da garantia de condições materiais e institucionais, bem como os meios e instrumentos necessários ao adequado exercício profissional. Para tanto, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com base em categorias analíticas (Espaços de Atuação, Formas de Ingresso, Equipes de Referência) e categorias empíricasque ressaltam os desafios (Terceirização e Precarização) e perspectivas (Avanço Normativo e Novos Processos de Gestão) que ampliam os direitos dos mediadores de direitos.
