Resumo: Given the economic and managerial challenges imposed by the pandemic, the aim this study is to the management innovations implemented by managers, in a network of pharmacies, a sector considered essential, to resist the impacts caused by COVID-19. The study is characterized by descriptive, with a basic qualitative approach, with the use of content analysis. Data were collected through interviews semi-structured with 5 managers of a network of pharmacies. It was possible to identify among other points, a greater use of information technologies and communication in the midst of the uncertainty scenario. The pandemic has forced managers to make some decisions related to unscheduled managerial innovations to market gaps, which have become beneficial to organizations.

O estudo é caracterizado como descritivo de abordagem qualitativa básica, com a utilização de análise de conteúdo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 5 gestores de uma rede de farmácias. Foi possível identificar, entre outros pontos, um uso maior de tecnologias de informação e comunicação em meio ao cenário de incertezas.
