Resumo: The need for up to date, correct and available information for people involved in an engineering project is fundamental for its success. This article analyzes the interoperability between systems used in Project Management, mainly in relation to the information necessary for its management. Design Science Research with Problem Awareness, Artifact Development and Validation was used. The literature review addressed the interoperability between systems and project management. From the case study in a company that supplies equipment for steel and mining firms, a mapping of the flow of information between systems was elaborated. Interviews were conducted with experts on the subject who, in addition to validating the proposal, pointed out suggestions for improvement. The article showed the relevance of the integration of information between systems to support Project Management, pointing out the necessary steps for its optimization, and supporting the development of an automatic integration between the systems.

Este artigo analisa a interoperabilidade entre sistemas usados na Gestão de Projetos, principalmente em relação às informações necessárias à sua gestão. Foi utilizada a Design Science Research com a Conscientização do Problema, Desenvolvimento do Artefato e Validação. A revisão de literatura tratou da interoperabilidade entre sistemas e gerenciamento de projetos. A partir do estudo de caso em uma empresa fornecedora de equipamentos para siderurgia e mineração, elaborou-se um mapeamento do fluxo da informação entre sistemas. Foram realizadas entrevistas com especialistas no assunto que, além da validação da proposta, apontaram sugestões para melhoria.
