Resumo: The production of life in the traditional peasant community of São Manoel do Pari is materialized in material and immaterial production in both the family production unit and in the associated production and traditional knowledge and experience. This production historically determines the foundations for a work culture inherent in this community. This article is part of the doctoral research of the Study and Research Group on Labor and Education (GEPTE), which is linked to the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). Still, this research uses the dialectical historical materialism method and elements of participant research, using instruments such as interviews, observation, photos, workshops and documents. The aim of this article is to reflect the production of the life of the families in this traditional community, which has an associated productive organization, collective and solidary, building and reconstructing traditional knowledge, experience and also a pedagogy of associated production and a pedagogy of solidarity. , grounding historical determinations of work culture.

Produções estas que determinam historicamente os fundamentos para uma cultura do trabalho inerente a esta comunidade. Este presente artigo faz parte da pesquisa de doutorado do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa sobre Trabalho e Educação (GEPTE), o qual está vinculado ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação (PPGE) da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso (UFMT). Ainda, esta pesquisa se utiliza do método materialismo histórico dialético e de elementos da pesquisa participante, utilizando de instrumentos como entrevistas, observação, fotos, oficinas e documentos.
