O trabalho sempre foi apreendido na mudança, pois é consubstancial à sua natureza que ele se modifique sempre. As transformações dos sistemas de produção são acompanhadas de mudanças importantes nos modos de viver, trabalhar e adoecer. Um exemplo dessas mudanças é a implantação do Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJe) no contexto do judiciário brasileiro, que informatiza todo o processo de trabalho nas varas. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com o objetivo de compreender as representações de servidores da justiça sobre o seu contexto de trabalho e sobre as repercussões da implementação do PJe em sua saúde e cotidiano. Buscou-se também identificar a concepção de saúde dos servidores e compreender, na perspectiva desses atores, a relação entre trabalho e saúde, a fim de propor orientações para definição de políticas de saúde do trabalhador. O referencial teórico utilizado foi o da Ergologia, uma abordagem compreensiva do trabalho, que lança um olhar clínico sobre a atividade. O conceito central de atividade apresenta-se como um élan de vida e de saúde, sem limite pré-definido. Toda atividade é gestão, o que significa considerá-la como elemento crucial do uso e manuseio de tecnologias. Desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa de campo com abordagem qualitativa, na qual foram realizadas quatorze entrevistas semi-estruturadas com servidores de um Tribunal Regional do Trabalho...___The work has always been apprehended in change, because it is inseparable from its nature that it always changes. The transformations of production systems are accompanied by major changes in ways of living, working and sicken. An example of these changes is the implementation of the Electronic Court Filing (e-Filing) in the context of Brazilian Justice, which computerizes all the work process in the courts. This research was conducted in order to understand the representations of justice servants about their working context and about the impact of the implementation of e-Filing on their health and daily work. It also sought to identify the concept of health for these servants and understand, in the perspective of these character actors, the relationship between work and health, in order to propose guidelines for occupational health policies. The theoretical framework was the Ergology, a comprehensive approach of work that casts a clinical eye on the activity. The central concept of activity is presented as an élan of life and health, with no pre-set limit. All activity is management, which means considering it as a crucial element in the use and handling of technologies.
