Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a questão da construção da “Sociedade do Conhecimento” e a relação que esta estabelece com o Trabalho, além de investigar os papéis que os sujeitos individual e coletivo são levados a assumir no contexto de metamorfoses políticas, econômicas, culturais, ideológicas, geográficas e sociais.
