Resumo: | In this article, the General National Curriculum Guidelines for Professional Education are analyzed as an integral document of the High School Counter-Reform as a current educational policy that aims to fragment the final stage of basic education, in this case, the Integrated High School (EMI). It has its methodological path in documentary and bibliographic research, reaching legal provisions and works by scholars in the area of Education and Work. As a proposal presented, there is the urgency of organized civil society to fight for professional and technological education, especially for EMI, whose conception is in the bases of polytechnics, omnilateral training, the unitary school and work as an educational principle. In this way, create resistance against the historical and structuring duality of Brazilian education and defend Guidelines that promote an emancipatory education. |
