From the immanent reading and analysis is intended to learn the work categories and Human Formation in the work to an ontology of social being of György Lukács. After grasp and understand these categories, it is intended to reproduce them accurately, showing, with strict fidelity, the genesis and the telos of lukacsiano thinking about these categories. From the higher degree of complexity that social life reaches, new needs arise, the division of labor is a real need for adequate social functioning, and since...___A partir da leitura e análise imanente, pretende-se apreender as categorias Trabalho e Formação Humana nos capítulos O trabalho e A Reprodução na obra Para uma ontologia do ser social de György Lukács. Após apreender e compreender essas categorias, visa-se reproduzi-las com exatidão, evidenciando, com rigorosa fidelidade, a gênese e o telos do pensamento lukacsiano acerca dessas categorias. Conforme Lukács, o trabalho, ao mesmo tempo em que funda o ser humano, ou seja, o possibilita se pôr no mundo, torna-se o centro de todo o processo de desenvolvimento social. A partir do salto ontológico dado no e pelo trabalho outros diversos complexos, já sociais em sua essência (linguagem, divisão do trabalho, etc.), surgem no processo material e histórico do desenvolvimento humano/social. O ser que se põe a trabalhar alcança uma condição superior em relação a outras espécies da natureza, isso porque, por meio do trabalho, ele pode pôr em prática a transformação das coisas em estado natural em uma forma útil a satisfação de necessidades humanas. Isso é possível em razão de o ser objetivar nas coisas, o projeto ideal que existia previamente em sua mente (a capacidade teleológica). Nesse movimento o homem promove a transformação da natureza e de si mesmo.
