Resumo: The article presents different approaches that focus on work-subjectivity connections, highlighting their methodological proposals and their ways of of positioning the clinical problem of work. It develops aspects related to the institutional level involved in health, suffering and illness processes related to work.___O artigo apresenta abordagens que visam às conexões trabalho-subjetividade, destacando suas propostas metodológicas e seus modos de posicionar o problema clínico do trabalho. Desenvolve aspectos relativos ao plano institucional envolvido nos processos de saúde, sofrimento e adoecimento relacionados ao trabalho.
