Methodology of teaching Physical Education: Freirian inspiration in emergency remote (higher) teaching

Resumo: The article reports an experience carried out in a Licentiate Degree in Pedagogy with the subject Methodology of Teaching Physical Education in the pandemic year of 2020. In view of the imposition of emergency remote teaching, inspiration was sought in Freire's thinking to face the unusual situation and respond to events along the way, adapting it to the demands as they arose. Problem-solving education led students to a socio-historical understanding of the object addressed, providing awareness of the political role played by Physical Education at school. The dialogicity fostered didactic meetings, and the thematization of the cultural perspective of the component provided the organization and development of the work pedagogical based on teaching carried out in schools before and during the pandemic. It is concluded that by entangling scientific knowledge and teaching knowledge, the understanding of the epistemological and methodological aspects of the proposal was fostered, its adequacy to the times we live in and its ethical-political commitment to the assertion of differences.

Ante la imposición de la enseñanza remota de emergencia, se buscó inspiración en el pensamiento de Freire para afrontar la insólita situación y responder a los acontecimientos que se produzcan en el camino, adaptándolo a las demandas que van surgiendo. La educación resolutiva llevó a los estudiantes a una comprensión sociohistórica del objeto abordado, dando conciencia del papel político que juega la Educación Física en la escuela. La dialogicidad fomentó los encuentros didácticos y la tematización de la perspectiva cultural del componente proporcionó la organización y desarrollo del trabajo pedagógico basado en la enseñanza realizada en las escuelas antes y durante la pandemia. Se concluye que al entrelazar el conocimiento científico y el saber docente se fomentó la comprensión de los aspectos epistemológicos y metodológicos de la propuesta, su adecuación a los tiempos que vivimos y su compromiso ético-político con la afirmación de las diferencias.O artigo relata uma experiência realizada em um curso de licenciatura em Pedagogia, por meio da disciplina Metodologia do Ensino de Educação Física, no ano pandêmico de 2020. Diante da imposição do ensino remoto emergencial, buscou-se inspiração no pensamento freiriano para enfrentar essa situação e responder aos acontecimentos do percurso, adequando-o às demandas na medida em que surgiam. A educação problematizadora levou as estudantes à compreensão sócio-histórica do objeto abordado, proporcionando a conscientização acerca do papel político desempenhado pela Educação Física na escola. A dialogicidade fomentou os encontros didáticos, e a tematização da perspectiva cultural do componente curricular proporcionou a organização e o desenvolvimento do trabalho pedagógico, pautado na docência efetivada nas escolas antes e durante a pandemia.
