Eception with risk classification in hospital emergency service: evaluation of the nursing team

Resumo: | Quantitative cross-sectional study aimed to evaluate the Reception with Risk Classification, deployed in the emergency department of a Public Teaching Hospital. Data were collected in March 2011, through the application of the assessment instrument with the Reception with Risk Classification of 45 nursing workers. This instrument consists of a Likert scale consisting of 21 questions /items guided dimensions: Structure, Process and Outcome. It was found that the size structure was classified as good, although the items signaling environment, the user comfort and companion, the appointments and Privacy in queries Reception with Risk Classification with the team to be classified as Regular. The Process Dimension, also rated as Good, but non-emergency items Attendances; Attendances emergency; Security transmitted to the user and communication with users in the waiting rooms were classified as Good. The Results Dimension was evaluated as good, but one of the items, routing cross-reference, was considered Precarious. It was concluded that the emergency department investigated, with the Reception with Risk Classification not yet meet all the objectives of humanization, proposed by the Ministry of Health, given that there is need for improvements related to the items of the signaling environment; Performance of workers as proposal of Reception with Risk Classification, Comfort and users, the operation of counter mechanisms. |

Los datos se recogieron en marzo de 2011, mediante la aplicación del instrumento de evaluación con la Acogida Clasificadora de Riesgo de bienvenida de 45 trabajadores de enfermería. Este instrumento consiste en una escala tipo Likert que consta de 21 preguntas y temas orientados dimensiones: estructura, proceso y resultado. Se encontró que la estructura de tallas fue clasificado como bueno, aunque los elementos de señalización de medio ambiente, la comodidad del usuario y de compañía, los nombramientos y la formación de Privacidad Acogida Clasificadora de Riesgo con el equipo para ser clasificado como regular. La dimensión de los procesos, también el índice más elevado, pero no son de emergencia Asistencias artículos; Asistencias de emergencia, seguridad que transmite al usuario y comunicación con los usuarios en las salas de espera fueron clasificados como buena. Resultados El tamaño fue evaluado como bueno, pero uno de los elementos, la expedición de referencias cruzadas, se considera precario. Se concluyó que el servicio de urgencias investigados, con la Acogida Clasificadora de Riesgo principal que aún no cumplen con todos los objetivos de la humanización, propuesto por el Ministerio de Salud, dado que no hay necesidad de introducir mejoras relacionadas con los temas del medio ambiente de señalización, el rendimiento de los trabajadores como Acogiendo con beneplácito la propuesta con Acogida Clasificadora de Riesgo Confort, y los usuarios, el funcionamiento de los mecanismos de venta libre.Estudo transversal de natureza quantitativa cujo objetivo foi avaliar o Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, implantado no serviço de emergência de um hospital de ensino público. Os dados foram coletados no mês de março de 2011, por meio da aplicação do instrumento de avaliação do Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, com 45 trabalhadores da enfermagem. O referido instrumento consiste em uma escala do tipo Likert, composta por 21 questões e itens pautados nas dimensões Estrutura, Processo e Resultado. Obteve-se que a dimensão Estrutura foi classificada como Boa, apesar de os itens Sinalização do ambiente, Conforto ao usuário e acompanhante, Privacidade nas consultas e Treinamento do Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco à equipe serem classificados como Regulares. A dimensão Processo, também foi classificada como Boa, no entanto os itens Atendimentos não emergenciais, Atendimentos emergenciais, Segurança transmitida ao usuário e Comunicação com os usuários nas salas de espera foram classificados como Ótimos. A dimensão Resultado foi avaliada como Boa, porém um de seus componentes, Encaminhamento de contrarreferência, foi considerado Precário.
