Resumo: | In the mental health ambulatory, we noticed that the pacients and their families waited before being attended. We thought the best of this time and space at the moment to the topic of team work, emphasizing the patients' group ego. The nurse acting as the link among the patients' families and the technique used was based on the one developed in ''waiting groups'', which is the team work referential., put forward by Pichon-Riviére. The purpose of this study was to introduce this technique in the waiting groups. In this study we got the groups together in session, discussing important points of the family context which were the nurse' s performance as a link. The results give us clues as to the redimensioning of this waiting time gone through by the patients' family and the nurse' s performance. |

El aprovechamiento del tiempo y espacio, en aquel local, este pensamiento se dirigió a la questión de la grupalidad visando el yo grupal de los usuarios. La acteración de la enfermera encuanto facilitadora de la grupalidad,, teve la dinámica utilizada se basó en la desarrollada en "grupos de espera" siendo referenda de grupalidad, el propuesto Pichon-Rivière. El objectivo del estudio fue de introducir dicha dinámica en los citados locales. En este estudio objetivamos el desarroll de uma sesión de los grupos discutiendo puntos importantes del contexto familiar puestos en el grupo, resaltando el rol de la enfermera facilitadora. Los resultados constituien pistas para se redimensionar el sentido de la espera de los familiares y de la actuación de la enfermera.No atendimento em ambulatórios de saúde mental, familiares e pacientes permanecem aguardando chamada. Além do aproveitamento do tempo e do espaço naqueles locais, visando inserir o trabalho no projeto família, fixamos a questão da grupalidade, focalizando o eu grupal dos usuários. A atuação da enfermeira como facilitadora teve como dinâmica básica a desenvolvida em "grupos de espera", e como referencial de grupalidade o proposto por Pichon-Rivière. O objetivo do estudo foi introduzir tal dinâmica nos citados locais. Neste trabalho objetivamos o desenrolar de uma sessão dos grupos discutindo pontos importantes do contexto familiar colocados no grupo, ressaltando o papel da facilitadora.
