Resumo: This study had as a goal to diagnose the difficulties of transferring nurse professionals to the Ambulatory of the Clinical Hospital-UFMG with the purpose of developing an integration training proposal for this sections. It can be justified by the fact of these professionals having difficulties of adaptation to the Ambulatory. The nursing employees transferred to the Ambulatory since 1996, answered a questionnaire with two questions. The employees realized that there isn't any formal training and pointed as one of the difficulties, the unknown activities of the Ambulatory. It is hoped that the proposal developed contributes for the effective follow up of the employees performance, seeking this employees adaptation to the Ambulatory, his or hers satisfaction and productivity.

Este estudio se justifica porque estos profesionales tuvieron dificultades de adaptación en el servicio de consulta externa. Los funcionarios reubicados a partir de 1996, respondieron un cuestionario con 02 preguntas. Ellos reconocieron que no existe un entrenamiento formal y manifestaron como uma de las dificultades el desconocimiento de las actividades de consulta externa. Se espera que la propuesta elaborada contribuya para el acompañamiento del desempeño del funcionario, con miras a su adaptación, satisfación y productividad en la consulta externa.Neste estudo realiza-se o diagnóstico das dificuldades dos profissionais de enfermagem quanto ao seu remanejamento para o Ambulatório do Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais - HC-UFMG com a finalidade de elaborar uma proposta de treinamento de integração para esse setor. Esse treinamento se justifica pelo fato de as atividades no Ambulatório serem diferentes das que o profissional exerce em outros setores do hopital. Justifica-se por estes profissionais apresentarem dificuldades de adaptação no Ambulatório. Os funcionários remanejados a partir de 1996 responderam a um questionário com 02 perguntas. Os mesmos reconheceram que não existe um treinamento formal e apontaram como uma das dificuldades encontradas o desconhecimento das atividades do Ambulatório.
