State of Law & State Law: Humanistic Fraternity and Meaning of State for Today's Law

In the face of the current State of Law, the major problem that arises, the one that deserves most attention, is the state nature of law. Not, obviously, the state character of all Law (because there is Law without a State) but because we run the risk of having, in certain latitudes, the State against Law and Law turning its back on the civilisational progress that the State represented and still represents. In the most current perspective, the State is the work of Modernity and not simply all political forms. Therefore, let us talk about the State of Law from the point of view of maintaining a Law that seeks a social function, through the great collective undertaking that is the State. And also understanding the State as an organised community and not as a state-simply apparatus.
