Brazil 360º: from the attempt of a Social State to the neoliberal dismantling

Resumo: The ambition of this essay then consists in, using the recent national history of these almost 21 years, and few presidents, of such diamethist origins and profiles, to understand how these processes changed - or not - the course of history, of the Brazilian State in this millennium. Furthermore, in continuity, in the government policies adopted in each of the periods investigated, whether these were eased from high or low depth as well as, verifying in the continuity or intermittence, the effects of these public policies for the nation. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning in this analysis, in order to generate a holistic understanding of the object of study, the low complexity profile of the propositions of solutions to old and known national problems, such as growth rate, inflation and exchange rate, adopted in these periods. It is also imperative that, in view of this purpose, this study awards the State, awarding the State Sciences, while it brings in its research object, the State, the realization of Reason in History. Here it is intended, in a bold attempt, to show that we experience evolutionary, involutivity processes that have not yet been finished. Further to demonstrate that the analytical vertices of geometry that give us a 360º turn reveal today, a broken, fickle and, in deconstructive ways, as well as the real pre-plane country still in the 90s.

Además, en continuidad, en las políticas de gobierno adoptadas en cada uno de los períodos investigados, si estas fueron aliviadas desde alta o baja profundidad, así como, verificando en la continuidad o intermitencia, los efectos de estas políticas públicas para la nación. Además, vale la pena mencionar en este análisis, con el fin de generar una comprensión holística del objeto de estudio, el perfil de baja complejidad de las propuestas de soluciones a problemas nacionales antiguos y conocidos, como la tasa de crecimiento, la inflación y el tipo de cambio, adoptadas en estos períodos. También es imperativo que, en vista de este propósito, este estudio otorgue al Estado, premiando las Ciencias del Estado, mientras que trae en su objeto de investigación, el Estado, la realización de la Razón en la Historia. Aquí se pretende, en un intento audaz, mostrar que experimentamos procesos evolutivos e involutivos que aún no se han terminado. Además, los vértices analíticos de la geometría que nos dan un giro de 360º revelan hoy, un país roto, voluble y, de manera deconstructiva, así como el verdadero país ante plano de los años 90.A ambição deste ensaio então, consiste em, utilizando a recente história nacional desses quase 21 anos, e poucos presidentes, de origens e perfis tão diametrais, entender como estes processos alteraram - ou não - o curso da história, do Estado brasileiro neste milênio. Para além disso, em continuidade, depreender, nas políticas de governo adotadas em cada um dos períodos investigados, se estas, foram eivadas de alta ou baixa profundidade bem como, verificando na perenidade ou intermitência, os efeitos destas políticas públicas para a nação. Ainda, vale ressaltar nesta análise, a título de gerar uma compreensão holística do objeto de estudo, o baixo perfil de complexidade das proposições de soluções para antigos e conhecidos problemas nacionais, como taxa de crescimento, inflação e câmbio, adotadas nestes períodos. Imperioso, ainda, aduzirmos que, tendo em vista todo esse propósito, este estudo galardoa o Estado, premiando as Ciências do Estado, ao passo que traz no seu objeto de pesquisa, o Estado, a realização da Razão na História. Aqui pretende-se, numa tentativa audaz, mostrar que vivenciamos processos evolutivos, involutivos que ainda não foram findados.
