The objective of this study is to present the social innovation undertaken by the “Include Project”, whose activities aimed at the education and professional guidance sector are carried out by volunteers and aimed at the population with social vulnerabilities. In this research, the case study method was used with content analysis of documents and database through qualitative techniques and descriptive statistics. The information obtained and analyzed based on the theories of Social Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship and the Theory of Change methodology, allowed us to conclude that the results of the Include Project are aligned with the mission, vision and values. The conclusions of this study are limited to the case studied and cannot be generalized because they refer to a specific context where the enterprise takes place. It is suggested that an in-depth study be carried out to assess the impacts, and a comparison with other projects (Multicasos), to point out other successful experiences that may inspire managers to face the challenges and peculiarities of each project. The search for solving social problems is not a new topic, as well as the search for understanding which organizational structures are best suited to the management of social enterprises.
