Aims: Present a scientific production of the Formative Second Opinion in the Dentistry field in the context of Brazilian Telehealth Program, published in the Virtual Health Library in Primary Health Care. Materials and methods: The search was performed using the following filters: dentists, dental hygienist and oral health. The data collected included when the Formative Second Opinion was published and the Telehealth Center responsible for publishing. The Formative Second Opinions were classified by field of knowledge by two researchers, if the opinion was divergent, a third was consult. Data were analyzed according to descriptive statistical analysis. Results: A total of 142 Formative Second Opinion published from 2007 to 2018 was analysed. 42% of the Formative Second Opinions corresponded to an association about diagnosis and treatment and 15% were related to the work process in the Primary Health Care. The Telehealth Center of Rio Grande do Sul was responsible for the largest number of publications (58.87%), followed by Espírito Santo (10.64%). Conclusion: The Bibliometric Study about the Formative Second Opinion contributed to visualize the scene of oral health doubts that brazilian professionals have, and understand the process of publishing Formative Second Opinion and wich Telehealth Centers are accomplish this activity
