Resumo: With the creation and implementation of Family Health Program, it is necessary to welcome and learn each users need related to health system. This welcome is a daily practice, which is necessary to re-organize health work process as well as to humanize relations between users and health workers. The goals of this study aimed at identifying welcome concepts and practices through literature review to improve knowledge on the issue to be better carried out in the working process of Violeta Family Health Team in Patos de Minas - MG. Acquired knowledge will also contribute to the re-organization and humanization towards concern regarding users access improvement, bonds and satisfaction under Violeta Family Health Teams responsibility. The results have indicated necessity to restructure welcome. Such restructuring must emphasize full time medical attending at the unit, the physical area in accordance to the Unit needs and enhance nursing assistants team. Changes will make welcome carried out as long as health family unit is open. On the other hand, prgrammatic demand will not sustain any damage.

On the other hand, prgrammatic demand will not sustain any damage.Com a criação e implantação do Programa de Saúde da Família, surge a necessidade de acolher e conhecer a necessidade de cada usuário do sistema de saúde. O acolhimento é uma prática diária, necessária para reorganizar o processo de trabalho em saúde e humanizar as relações entre usuários e trabalhadores da saúde. Este estudo objetivou identificar conceitos e práticas de acolhimento através da revisão de literatura, a fim de aprimorar os conhecimentos sobre o tema acolhimento e aplicá- los nos processos de trabalho da Equipe de Saúde da Família Violeta, do município de Patos de Minas- MG. Os conhecimentos adquiridos contribuirão também para a reorganização e humanização da atenção com a melhoria do acesso, vínculo e satisfação dos usuários sob a responsabilidade da Equipe de Saúde da Família Violeta.
