Diana também foi indenizada por ter sido moralmente assediada pelo encarregado de seu setor, por ser lésbica. “Como ela queria ser homem”, segundo ele, lhe atribuiu o trabalho mais pesado. Além disso, Elias e Diana sofreram acidentes de trabalho: ele caindo de moto, ela contaminando-se com amônia. O artigo parte do exame documental de dois casos judiciais para, em uma perspectiva queer, discutir a centralidade do corpo e a produção da normalidade no trabalho. Explora o acoplamento dos círculos normativos laborais e de gênero e sexualidade e, a partir daí, tenta compreender como o direito do trabalho se envolve na constituição da precariedade queer, como parte da disciplina jurídica de corpos.Elias was indemnified in court because a supervisor took a photo of him “in the company of a homosexual” and released it to colleagues, who ridiculed and humiliated him in the workplace. Diana was also compensated for being morally harassed by her sector manager, for being a lesbian. “As she wanted to be a man”, according to him, the heaviest work was attributed to her. In addition, Elias and Diana suffered work accidents: he, falling off a motorcycle, she, contaminating herself with ammonia. The article parts from the examination of documents from two judicial cases, in a queer perspective, to discuss the centrality of the body and the production normality at work.
