Resumo: | Several arguments can be used in favor of the idea that there is a predisposition in human beings to like nature. In this sense, biophilia will manifest itself better and more markedly if we provide appropriate environments for human development and life, through activities within a cave environment. If it is not encouraged with appropriate affective experiences, the biophilia function will not fully awaken. The study aimed to understand the bodily benefits of activity in nature in a cave environment, through biophilic relationships based on the perception of the participants in this research. This is a qualitative research study, developed together with the Association of Environmental Agents of Vale do Peruaçu with 10 individuals. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, processed in IRAMUTEQ and similarity analysis was carried out. The results were commented from the structural approach of understanding the bodily benefits of activity in nature in a cave environment, and subsequently, the analysis of the corpus of interviews will be presented, based on the analysis of similarity, and analyzed based on the interviews. The results found revealed benefits as an activity that restores health, well-being, pleasure and relationships in nature. It was concluded that this relationship promotes pleasure, the discovery of something new, new sensations and emotions, overcoming, a moment of introspection and the existence of a good tiredness that promotes lightness of the body, pleasure, well-being and feelings of Be careful with the environment in which you are located. |
