A redução da mobilidade afeta as empresas do e-commerce frontalmente, uma vez que o serviço de entrega é um dos principais elementos que influenciam a satisfação do cliente. Este trabalho teve, por objetivo, buscar melhor compreensão das situações que relacionam a mobilidade urbana aos serviços de entrega de mercadorias das empresas do e-commerce, por meio dos fretes. Para isso, um experimento foi conduzido com a simulação de compras on-line de diferentes produtos para entregas em regiões com diferentes níveis de mobilidade urbana. Os preços de entrega coletados foram analisados estatisticamente e, em seguida, foi conduzida entrevista com diferentes organizações relacionadas com entregas de mercadorias, a fim de se compreender o processo de precificação das entregas. O resultado da análise dos dados indica que, na amostra coletada, não existe diferença estatística de frete para entregas em regiões com baixos e altos níveis de mobilidade. Apesar de regiões de baixa mobilidade apresentarem características que tornam as operações mais caras, como restrições ao tráfego de veículos de carga, congestionamentos, dificuldade para realizar carga e descarga de mercadorias e dificuldade de acesso, elas são beneficiadas por alguns fatores, como o alto volume de entregas.Urban population growth combined with lack of planning in cities results in jammed roads, and consequent reduced mobility. This deeply undermines e-commerce companies, since delivery service performance is important for customer satisfaction. This paper seeks to better understand under which circumstances urban mobility impacts freight in e-commerce companies. To this end, purchases of different products were simulated on the websites of e-commerce companies that delivery in areas with different mobility levels. Delivery prices were statistically analyzed and delivery service interviews were conducted in order to understand the delivery pricing process. Results showed no significative statistical variances in freight prices for deliveries in areas with low or high mobility.
