Resumo: The pandemic caused by COVID 19, its economic, social and political effects, brought the discussion about the need for innovation, the choice of priorities and the search for cooperation from all areas of knowledge. In view of this health emergency and its reflexes on the development of nations, there was a need to reinvent ideals and models. In this tuning fork, the use of the triple helix theory (academia, private initiative and state), becomes a paradigm to be followed as public policy in several areas, as being a new-old way of looking for great solutions to big problems.

Diante desta emergência de saúde e seus reflexos no desenvolvimento das nações, surgiu a necessidade de reinvenção de ideais e de modelos.
