ACADEMY AND FOOTBALL PROGRAM: PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS AND CONTENT COVERED IN CLASSES

Resumo: The objective was to analyze the pedagogical aspects established in the guidelines of the Academia e Futebol Program (PAF) and the content covered by the Physical Education teacher and academics in the football and futsal classes that worked under an agreement at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). During data collection, official PAF documents and documents related to the agreement implemented at UFMS were selected. The data was analyzed based on content analysis, Voyant Tools and Sobek Minings software. The results showed that the objectives of the classes emphasized procedural content. The contents reproduced the same profile as the objectives and it was not possible to identify a clear pedagogical proposal in the lesson plans and teaching the technique was the central emphasis. It is concluded that the Football and Futsal Experience Center (NVFF) was not aligned with the principles of the PAF Guidelines with regard to procedural, attitudinal and conceptual content.

Durante la recolección de datos, se seleccionaron documentos oficiales del PAF y documentos relacionados al convenio implementado en la UFMS. Los datos se analizaron con base en análisis de contenido, Voyant Tools y el software Sobek Minings. Los resultados mostraron que los objetivos de las clases enfatizaron el contenido procedimental. Los contenidos reproducían el mismo perfil que los objetivos y no fue posible identificar una propuesta pedagógica clara en los planes de estudio y la enseñanza de la técnica fue el énfasis central. Se concluye que el Centro de Experiencia en Fútbol y Futsal (NVFF) no estaba alineado con los principios de las Directrices PAF en lo que respecta al contenido procedimental, actitudinal y conceptual.O objetivo foi analisar os aspectos pedagógicos estabelecidos nas diretrizes do Programa Academia e Futebol (PAF) e os conteúdos abordados pelo professor e pelos acadêmicos de Educação Física nas aulas de futebol e futsal que atuaram em um convênio na Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Na coleta de dados, foram selecionados os documentos oficiais do PAF e os documentos relacionados ao convênio implementado na UFMS. Os dados foram analisados com base na análise de conteúdo, softwares Voyant Tools e Sobek Minings. Os resultados apontaram que os objetivos das aulas enfatizaram o conteúdo procedimental. Os conteúdos reproduziram o mesmo perfil dos objetivos e não foi possível identificar uma proposta pedagógica clara nos planos de aula e o ensino da técnica foi a ênfase central.
