This study analyzed the VII Gymnastics Festival of the municipal school system in Anápolis-Goiás, as well as the perceptions of participating Physical Education teachers about gymnastics and this event. A descriptive research, of the type experience report, with a mixed approach was carried out. The study revealed that: the participation of female students was majority; the participation of male teachers was small; the costume was a major highlight; most teachers believe that gymnastics and the festival value the multidimensionality of the student’s bodies. In the presentations highlighted the Festival's demonstrative character and the cultural plurality that it involves Gymnastics for All (GPT). It is inferred that the gymnastics developed in the anapolina network helps to strengthen the GPT and Physical Education in the school, expanding the territories of the GPT and collaborating for the legitimization of the discipline of Physical Education.
