SPORT PEDAGOGY: INDICATIONS FOR THE PRACTICE OF TEACHING FUTSAL

Futsal, despite not being an Olympic sport, is on a global scale and, in Brazil, is the fourth most practiced sport. It has a strong presence in the curricula of school Physical Education and non-school education. That is why we present a bibliographic study with a narrative orientation, in which we seek to support some ideas and guidelines for the practice of teaching futsal based on a specialized and nationally recognized literature in the field of sport pedagogy. The following aspects were identified that can guide the pedagogical intervention: i) the game as an element of introduction and deepening of the practical experience; ii) progressive learning of tactical-technical aspects; iii) the rules throughout the process; and iv) sociocultural contextualization and constant reflective dimension. We conclude that the study can contribute to the debate about the pedagogy of sport and help Physical Education teachers with indications for the practice of teaching futsal.
