Resumo: This article discusses the relationship between labor, immigrants and politics present in the LÉtabli by Robert Linhart, in 1978. In the same time, try to articulate the experiences lived in May 1968 as a student and political leader and integrated like workman. The main fact of which is highlighted is the experience of interaction between workman of different nationalities on the Citroën assembly line in 1969. On the other side Linhart's narrative about his connections with the working class found in the everyday. I try to approach these points linked to different cultural identities in the face of the experience of industrial labor.

I try to approach these points linked to different cultural identities in the face of the experience of industrial labor.  Este artigo discute a relação entre trabalho, imigrantes e política presente no livro “Greve na Fábrica”, de Robert Linhart, publicado em 1978, articulado às experiências vividas no maio de 68, como estudante, dirigente político e operário “integrado”. Trata-se de uma relação historicamente datada, cujo fato principal aqui destacado é a experiência de entrosamento entre operários de diversas nacionalidades na linha de montagem da Citroën em 1969. Num plano paralelo está a narrativa de Linhart sobre seus vínculos com a classe operária encontrados no cotidiano do trabalho.
