Resumo: My place of belonging in the research about the street population is a place that is in the collective, it is theirs. And in that place where research and life don't separate, the effort is to understand, for example, as is the ethic of the street, how are communities with particular traits of gang and nomadism, with this population, for example, analyze the deepening of social ties who create belongings and affections and reveal an activist and rebellious population, who face abandonment and has as a strategy of defense and struggle, the 'group' that added to the affectivity, bring up nascent communitiess, communities in Being and Time. These communities mobilize spaces, temporalities, facts and social artifacts and culture, in order to undermine the desire of polis and devote itself to the desire of Plaza (square). The desire of plaza is the desire of street, the one that is in "inexpropriação". What is adamant to this population, which is impregnable, it is precisely not only contingency the street, but your desire, both the aid but also the rexistence. This ambiguity forge a sense of community and these powers they rehearse the conditions of a possibility of policy of the street, a common life, in the sense of a shared life, this is the same as the utopia of a nascent community and a community source and of a community that is still forming.
