Resumo: n the light of the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the Discourse Analysis of french line (AD), we aim to discuss in this article the effects of meaning on discourses about the first shift approval of the new law of fiscal regime – PEC 241/2016. More specifical ly, based on the concept of discursive formation (FD), we propose to reflect on the way ideology manifests itself in two texts conveyed in the digital media, as well as to understand the issues involved in the construction of discourses.
