Large works tend to have a large volume of people involved during execution and the level of difficulty in inspecting safety at the full-time job site increases compared to a medium or small work. In addition, due to the large volume of service, the probability of occurrence and the magnitude of an unwanted event happening are greater. The study aims to carry out a Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) of a 25-story Vertical Condominium Work located in the Campo Grande region, Mato Grosso do Sul and to evaluate the adherence of employees to safety measures and analyze their knowledge regarding the risks present in the work environment. An analysis was carried out in the field: of the environment, working conditions and adopted processes. Next, data was collected from a specific group of employees. The results showed that although the security team follows the regulatory norms and that the workers have experience, there are some points that can be improved. It is always worth pointing out to employees about the present occupational risks, the importance of adopting all safety measures and warning that everyone is responsible for safety on site.
