Resumo: | The graduation work presented is a study and proposal for a multifunctional building for shared use that integrates coliving and coworking in the city of Campo Grande, state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Based on the growing awareness and needs for environmental preservation, also in response to monofunctionalism and urban voids in the center of the capital – resulting from the process of globalization and modern urbanism – the project is based on collaborative shared economy and dense city models, in order to develop a more sustainable project. The proposal aims to create a building capable of reducing the consumption of financial and environmental resources, as well as stimulating a creative community by taking advantage of the existing surrounding infrastructure, reducing the individual area in favor of collective spaces, diversification types of housing and shortening distances. |
