Land concentration and the struggle for the right to land have marked the lives of many rural farming families for many years. In this sense, the existence of public policies that allow this population imperceptible to the latifundium. Access to land is necessary as one of the ways to reduce social inequality and poverty existing in the countryside. The National Land Credit Program Terra Brasil (PNCF) is an important policy for access to land for family farmers, as well as income generation for rural communities benefiting from this policy. This research will advocate the actions of the National Land Credit Program Terra Brasil (PNCF), as a land access policy in rural settlements and, specifically, in the Quero Quero, Arataba and Conquista do Mimoso communities, located in the municipality of Jardim-MS. The methodological procedures were based on the dialectical method of approach in the Marxist perception. It should be noted that starting from this theoretical-methodological approach, the research was based on authors who discuss the agrarian theme. However, this research had as a conclusive diagnosis the investigation of factors that contributed to understand how the socioeconomic structure is constituted, identified the factors that compromise the success of the program; How access to land through the National Land Credit Program Terra Brasil has promoted improvements in production, income generation and, consequently, in the living conditions of beneficiary families.
