Resumo: Campo Grande has a high biodiversity in its urban area, generating conflicts between animals and humans. The present work aims to present the conflicts between the roadside hawk and humans within the urban area, as well as a mapping of its distribution in the city. The data were obtained from the entry forms of the Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center (CRAS), and graphs and tables were made on the health status in which these animals arrived, their age and destination, in order to verify whether there was death or rehabilitation. Most of the animals arrive injured and die, due to traumatic accidents, which can be run over, collision with glassware or structures, electrocution, attacks by domestic animals, resulting in serious fractures, in addition, there is a wide distribution of the roadside hawk in all regions of Campo Grande, with Anhanduizinho being the area that has the highest number of occurrences and Bandeira the one that has the lowest number of occurrences. Therefore, it is extremely important to know how to live with other species of animals and to know what the conflicts between animals and humans are, in order to conserve biodiversity.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os conflitos entre o gavião-carijó e humanos dentro da área urbana, além de um mapeamento da sua distribuição na cidade. Os dados foram obtidos das fichas de entrada do Centro de Reabilitação de Animais Silvestres (CRAS), sendo realizado gráficos e tabela sobre o estado de saúde em que estes animais chegaram, a idade e destinação, a fim de verificar se houve óbito ou reabilitação. A maior parte dos animais chegam machucados e vão a óbito, devido a acidentes traumáticos, podendo ser atropelamento, colisão com vidrarias ou estruturas, eletrocussão, ataques por animais domésticos, resultando em fraturas graves, além disso, há uma ampla distribuição do gavião-carijó em todas as regiões de Campo Grande, sendo Anhanduizinho a área que possui o maior número de ocorrências e Bandeira a que possui o menor número de ocorrências.
