Resumo: Based on the existing social diversity, it is necessary to understand that more equality and access to rights will hardly happen in a simplistic and homogeneous way. It will possibly confirm complexities that cross over the constitution of a social, historical and political individual. We will consider black women who, given the specificities of their history, claim for equal rights related to their vicissitudes. In this study about black feminism, intersectionality concept will be used as an analytical resource. It is discussed aspects such as the black women subjectivity. They have been not only oppressed by the deceiving inherent structures in the capitalist system that impact their economic and social reality, but also their mental health. The methodological procedures will be cultural languages research of the biography and artistic production from the singer Elza Soares. Based on Cultural Studies perspectives, her contributions will be analysed for the anti-sexist, anti-racist and decolonial studies and movements. Ela, possivelmente, apresentará complexidades que atravessam toda a constituição de um sujeito social, histórico e político. Trataremos da mulher negra que diante das especificidades de sua história, reivindica por igualdades de direitos que considere as suas vicissitudes. Nesse estudo, para trabalhar o feminismo negro, utiliza-se como recurso analítico o conceito de interseccionalidade. Discute-se, ainda, aspectos como a subjetividade da mulher negra, que não somente vê-se oprimida pelo engendramento de estruturas inerentes ao sistema capitalista que impactam sua realidade econômica e social, como também a sua saúde mental. Os procedimentos metodológicos envolvem a pesquisa de linguagens culturais da biografia e produção artística da cantora, Elza Soares, a fim de analisar, considerando a perspectiva dos Estudos Culturais, as suas contribuições para os estudos e movimentos antissexista, antirracista e descoloniais.
