The objective of the research was to analyze the quality of life at work (QWL) based on the general perceptions of workers in the banking sector in the city of Naviraí-MS. For this, we used as a basis the Quality of Life at Work Assessment Inventory (IAQWL). ). 30 respondents from 7 financial institutions in Naviraí-MS participated in the survey. The questionnaire consisted of 30 assertive and 4 discursive questions. To collect data, a survey-type questionnaire was used in which employees in the banking sector were able to describe their perceptions of various factors related to quality of life at work, using a scale of 0 to 10. The main results indicated moderate well-being (7.5) and intense well-being (8.1), also only pointed out that there is a need for attention to issues of perception of (i) existence of conflicts at work and (ii) non-completion of work started that represented the need of possible interventions. The results obtained showed levels of positive satisfaction with regard to the factors studied in this research, demonstrating that they are effective, current practices that must be maintained.
