This Final Course Project of the Visual Arts Teaching Course at the Faculty of Arts, Letters, and Communication at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul aims to understand the creative process of 2 regional artists who produce two-dimensional works and participate in the Bolivia Square Fair event in Campo Grande/MS. The work involves approaches to the concepts of regional art and popular culture, highlighting the importance of the Bolivia Square Fair as one of the public events responsible for disseminating art and culture in Campo Grande/MS. The methodology used aligns with the instruments of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, using individually recorded interviews with two regional artists participating in the Bolivia Square Fair, which takes place at Bolivia Square in Campo Grande/MS. After analyzing the interviews and the artists' works, the importance of the cultural, historical, and social context of each artist for the development and thinking about their creations was revealed.
