The Family Health Strategy (ESF) is a health care unit directed mainly to the low-income population and to areas with greater social vulnerability. This means that ESF users often belong to a group with less access to financial resources and greater social vulnerability. The aim of this study was to analyze the profile of users of the ESF Nova Aquidauana health unit and their access to the services offered by primary health care in the municipality of Aquidauana-MS. The specific objectives sought to: identify the profile of users of the Health Unit; verify the needs and difficulties of access to SUS by users; point out the main health services that users have or do not have access to. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, with a field study and literature review. The field study involved 117 users enrolled in the ESF Nova Aquidauana in May and June 2023, who answered a questionnaire containing 40 questions, prepared using the Google forms tool, which allowed data visualization and analysis, presented in a spreadsheet of the tool's own electronic report. The results showed the direct relationship between employment, education, and income. It made it possible to understand the characteristics of these users in order to better manage the health services and actions already provided, and improve the control of probable health risk factors.
