Resumo: | The use of biological insecticides, alone or in association with chemicals, has become a highly efficient management when it comes to integrated pest management. The caterpillars of the Plusiinae subfamily, false soaring worms, more specifically Rachiplusia nu, have become a pest with a high focus in recent seasons, with a focus on the 22/23 season. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the control of the Rachiplusia nu caterpillar in soybeans, using a biological product composed of baculovirus. An experimental design of randomized blocks was used, with six treatments and five replications, with soybean at stage R4. The treatments were Baculovirus 50 mL, Baculovirus 100 mL, Chlorantraniliprole 80mL, Baculovirus 50 mL + Chlorantraniliprole 7 80 mL, Baculovirus 50 mL + Methomyl 1000 mL. Levels of caterpillar control were evaluated by wiping with a cloth, among them, the evaluation before application, and the evaluations 6, 10, 15 and 21 days after the applications, and in parallel, evaluations of defoliation caused by the caterpillars were carried out. , with two evaluations, the first carried out before the applications and the second carried out after all the applications and completion of the control evaluations. It is concluded that the best combination for the control of Rachiplusia nu is baculovirus associated with chlorantraniliprole, and that if applied at the right time, within the stages of better biological development, it increases the efficiency of the associated chemical. |

It is concluded that the best combination for the control of Rachiplusia nu is baculovirus associated with chlorantraniliprole, and that if applied at the right time, within the stages of better biological development, it increases the efficiency of the associated chemical.O uso de inseticidas biológicos, sozinhos ou em associações com químico tem se tornado um manejo de alta eficiência quando se trata de manejo integrado de pragas.
