Resumo: ABSTRACT This study investigastes the underground rock in Campo Grande, its trajectory and caractere of the real “do it yourself”. The study aims to understand this universa through its vistora and by the testimonies of groups envolver. Initially, the Word analyzes, from a historical perspective, the first contacts of the style switch Campo Grande’s youth. In another moment, the objective is to understand how a youth with little musical theoretical knowledge and no support, but yet ecstatic with the genre, organizes and promotes the rock movement that persistes to the present days. Therefore, this study presents a narrative that involves the movement’s construction process, its bands, fights and strategies and how it’s currently practiced. It is in this universe of sound, human and social relations that this theme approaches the underground environment of Campo Grande’s rock’n’roll. KEYWORDS: Rock; Underground; Bandas

O estudo buscará através de sua história e de depoimentos de grupos envolvidos, compreender esse universo. Inicialmente, o trabalho buscará, em uma perspectiva histórica, analisar os primeiros contatos do estilo com a juventude campo-grandense. Em um outro momento, o objetivo é compreender como uma juventude com poucos conhecimentos teóricos musicais, sem apoio, entretanto, extasiados com o gênero, organiza e promove o movimento roqueiro que persiste até os dias atuais. Sendo assim, apresenta-se neste trabalho uma narrativa que envolve o processo de construção do movimento, suas bandas, lutas e estratégias e como ele é praticado atualmente. É sobre esse universo de som, relações humanas e sociais que o presente tema abordará o ambiente underground do rock’n’roll campo-grandense.
