O kitch como forma de educação estética

Resumo: | Since aesthetics is one of the fundamental pillars of philosophy and part of the syllabus of philosophy in Brazilian high school, the proposal of this work places kitsch as an object of study in basic education. Friedrich Schiller in the Aesthetic Education of Man (1794) points out that the perfect balance between the impulses is given by art and by the appreciation of the beautiful, this being the only way to avoid in the future the degeneration of governments in violence and failures as witnessed in the French Revolution; authors such as Clement Greenberg, Milan Kundera, Abraham Moles and other authors, each in a particular way, see kitsch as an aesthetic element that manipulates sensations, which leads to deception of its consumers. Based on such thinkers who approach kitsch, it is historically and conceptually analyzed how each of them approaches this aesthetic phenomenon, such as its impacts on society and its uses. After analyzing kitsch, a discussion is made between Friedrich Schiller's proposal (1794) and the possible congruences with current Brazilian teaching and whether the kitsch approach in schools contributes to an aesthetic education of the individual. As a result of the research, an informative booklet and a lesson plan were produced for use in high school philosophy classes and a blog as a secondary product. The application generated a report, by the author teacher, on the reception of the content by the students, with a positive report. Friedrich Schiller na Educação Estética do Homem (1794) aponta que o perfeito equilíbrio entre as pulsões se dá pela arte e pela apreciação do belo, sendo essa a única forma de evitar no futuro a degeneração dos governos em violência e fracassos como presenciado na Revolução Francesa; autores como Clement Greenberg, Milan Kundera, Abraham Moles e outros autores, cada qual de forma particular, veem o kitsch como elemento estético manipulador das sensações, que leva ao engano seus consumidores. Com base em tais pensadores que abordam o kitsch, é analisada de forma histórica e conceitual de que modo cada um deles aborda este fenômeno estético, tais como seus impactos na sociedade e seus usos. Após análise do kitsch é feita a discussão entre a proposta de Friedrich Schiller (1794) e as possíveis congruências com o ensino brasileiro atual e se a abordagem do kitsch nas escolas contribui para uma educação estética do indivíduo. Como produto da pesquisa, foi produzido cartilha informativa e plano de aula para aplicação em aula de filosofia para o ensino médio e blog como produto secundário. A aplicação gerou relato, do professor autor, sobre a recepção do conteúdo pelos alunos, sendo o relato de caráter positivo.
