Resumo: For a company to maintain its strategic competitiveness against its competitors, it is important that it is always renewing itself and keeping its information bank up to date. Therefore, this article aims to understand how the choice of the ERP system is intrinsically linked to organizational productivity. For this, an exploratory bibliographical research was used. It is concluded that the choice of the ERP system is intrinsically linked to organizational productivity, since technology plays a fundamental role in the effective execution of business tasks and processes and that employees should be an integral part of the implementation methodology and integrated management, thus highlighting the importance of a well-structured human resources sector that is connected with managers and main actors within the organization.

Sendo assim, este artigo tem como objetivo entender como a escolha do sistema ERP está intrinsecamente ligada à produtividade organizacional. Para isso utilizou-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória.
