Resumo: Adoption is a very complex topic, as it is extensive and delicate, considering that it deals with people in development. This research will deal with intuitu personae adoption, with the objective of analyzing its alignment with the principle of the best interests of the child and adolescent, demonstrating that this adoption model meets the requirements of the principle and presents itself as a favorable alternative to promotethe well-being of minors.
