Diante disso, o presente trabalho pretende analisar o referido instituto e seu procedimento a partir do artigo 19-A e assim estabelecer um debate comparativo com o instituto do Parto Anônimo, visto que se trata da possibilidade de a mulher dar à luz sem ter sua identidade revelada. Ambas são políticas desenvolvidas para abolir práticas que atentam contra a vida da criança como abandono selvagem, infanticídio e o aborto, que perduram ao longo da história. Por isso, o estudo propõe examinar a evolução do Direito da Criança e do Adolescente no Brasil para identificar as múltiplas características, formas de aplicação, bem como discernir os direitos e princípios resguardados em cada instituto, os impactos e efeitos jurídicos baseados na jurisprudência e doutrina nacional e internacional.
