Resumo: Military remuneration laws have passed several changes over the last few years, the most recent originating from Law 13,954 approved in 2019. However, even with the intention of bringing solutions to past demands, the new law failed to reach a group of military, those from the career of sergeants in the army and who were already inactive when the law was enacted. Thus, the present work aims to briefly present the progression of the graduate, as well as a brief history of the military remuneration laws, prioritizing the analysis of the most recent legal diplomas and how they impact the remuneration of the military objects of study

Esta lei teve como um dos objetivos corrigir certas distorções remuneratórias advindas do regime jurídico anterior, o da Medida Provisória 2.215-10/01. Todavia, mesmo com o intuito de trazer soluções para as demandas passadas, a nova lei não conseguiu atingir um grupo de militares, estes oriundos da carreira de sargentos do exército e que já estavam em inatividade quando na promulgação da lei. Assim, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar sucintamente a progressão na carreira do graduado, bem como breve histórico das leis de remuneração militar, priorizando a análise dos diplomas legais mais recentes e como estes impactam na remuneração dos militares objetos de estudo.Fundação Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do SulUFMSCiências HumanasDireito Militar.
