It was carried out the design of an agricultural shed, which meets the needs of Mato Grosso Federal University Campus of Sinop, it is designed to store agricultural equipment. The shed for farm machinery is 18 m long by 10 m wide and 6 m ceilings, totaling 180 m². The project uses kind of laminating rollers residue Trattinnickia Burseraefolia (Amescla) throughout the structure of the shed, the choice was due to its wide availability in the region, leading to a low cost and easy handling. For the treatment of wood accomplish three stages of brushing, we use the Termiticide Pentox Super Double Action, the Stain impregnating waterproofing and finishing varnish ISOLARE Flex, for protection against biotic and abiotic factors. The Amescla is classified as resistant as dicotyledonous to C20 class. The design was carried out following the recommendations contained in the current regulations. The project was constructed with wood logs having diameter of 0.20 m and 2.20 m long. . As sizing the shed structure presented Tuesday in half log, and the remainder in whole logs. The lattice was adopted Howe type and composed of four pillars spaced logs of 0.60 m wheelbase. The shed has been designed for ease of handling machines or implements within the structure, which allowed a future expansion if needed. The presented design shows that wood lamination residue is a great alternative to structural systems.
