Women in prison men, a significant part of them, end up being prisoners because they change their routine and stop their lives to accompany their partners, giving them physical, financial, emotional and sexual assistance. The present study aims to characterize the sexual health of women prisoners. It is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, through focus groups and semi-structured interviews, exploring information, which culminated in the perception of women's knowledge about Sexually Transmitted Infections; Adherence to condom use; As well as in their feelings and seek for sexual pleasure during their intimate visits. The results identify the non-existence or lack of knowledge of these women about STIs, which associated with unprotected sexual practice make them vulnerable to acquiring STIs, leading to a compromise of sexual health. With regard to the intimate visit, these women, for the most part, motivated by the environment and situations experienced until reaching their partner can not enjoy and have orgasms during the intimate visits, leaving their wills aside and submitting to sexual relations only To satisfy their partners. It was also noted with the results of the rapid tests that the studied population, although not having healthy sexual habits, presented a low rate of STI involvement. Thus, the study itself made it possible to give greater visibility to the characterization of the aspects that involve the sexual health of women, specifically, the sexual partners of men deprived of their liberty.
